- Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance of requested scheduled start time
- Order Requests will be responded to within the next business day
- If an Order Request cannot be accepted, an alternative option will be provided
- Chat conversations are specific to the order
- Chats will be answered as quickly as possible within our normal business hours

You’ll receive a chat notification in the app once your order has been accepted or rejected by dispatch. Be sure your in-app, email, and/or text alerts are enabled in your user settings.
